EA ziet mogelijke exclusiviteit van Call of Duty als een kans voor Battlefield

Er is de laatste tijd veel onduidelijkheid en discussie gaande over Call of Duty. Volgens Sony heeft Microsoft de Call of Duty-franchise tot 2027 aangeboden op PlayStation, daarna wordt het mogelijk exclusief voor het Xbox-platform.

EA CEO Andrew Wilson ziet een mogelijke exclusiviteit van Call of Duty op Xbox als een kans voor de Battlefield-franchise. Wilson noemt dit een ‘enorme kans’. “Battlefields platformonafhankelijkheid zou EA kunnen helpen, als de concurrent op termijn exclusief gaan”.
